Yogurt with Chia Seeds

180g greek yogurt (you can use dairy free yogurt as well)
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
1 small banana
3 tablespoons of milk (nut milk or dairy milk)
Half of mango (blended or cubed)
40g blueberries
2 strawberries
15g pecan nuts (lightly crushed)
1 passion fruit

Method

  • Mix yogurt with chia seeds and milk, cover and leave in the fridge overnight.

  • Or if you want to eat it on the same day, leave it at least for 2 hours.

  • Layer the yogurt and all fruit and berries as you wish, there is no specific order.

  • Top it with pecan nuts.

  • You can use different berries or fruits like kiwi, raspberries, blackberries, or cherries.
