Banana & Cinnamon Smoothie

1 medium banana
1 teaspoon of peanut butter
1 tablespoon of greek yogurt
Half a teaspoon of cinnamon
1 tablespoon of raw oats
320ml of almond milk or any other nut milk (you can use cow’s milk if you prefer)

Method

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glass and sprinkle with cinnamon
