Oatmeal with Fried Banana and Berries

60g oats
Milk or water to cook oats according to your package instructions
1 banana
40g blueberries
70g raspberries
1 teaspoon of chia seeds
15g pecan nuts
1 teaspoon of butter
Drizzle of honey (optional)

Method

  • Cook the oats according to your package instructions.

  • Crush the raspberries with a fork, add chia seeds and mix it well, put it aside.

  • Melt the butter in a pan, cut banana lengthwise and fry – flipping once until golden in colour.

  • Place the cooked porridge in your favourite bowl, add fried banana, blueberries, crushed raspberries and top with pecan nuts.
