Serves 2 to 3

2 cups cooked pasta
1 small onion chopped
Green/ yellow/ red peppers, chopped
Cucumber/gherkins chopped
1 diced carrot
1 diced tomato
1 cup steamed sweetcorn
3 tbls low-fat mayonnaise/ low oil salad dressing
3 tbls low-fat yogurt
1 tin tuna canned in water/brine
Salt to taste
Coarsely ground black pepper
Chopped parsley


  • Mix ingredients together with low fat mayo or low oil salad dressing and low fat yoghurt.

  • Garnish with black pepper and chopped parsley.
