Serves 4

1 medium onion chopped
1 tsp olive / sunflower oil
1 tsp crushed garlic
½ tsp chilli powder
500g Extra Lean Mince
green pepper, diced
1 cup mixed veg
2 tomatoes, finely chopped/pureed
mixed herbs
salt for taste

Method

  • Sautee onion in oil.

  • Add crushed garlic and chilli powder, stir in.

  • Add mince and mixed herbs, cook lightly for approximately 5 minutes.

  • Add vegetables, cook for approximately 5 minutes.

  • Add tomatoes and simmer until well cooked.

  • Garnish with fresh herbs and black pepper.
