2 Servings

200 ml low fat yoghurt
handful of low fat muesli
3 almonds or pecans
½ a banana
2 slices of paw paw
2 tsp brown sugar
crushed ice
pinch cinnamon powder


  • Liquidize all the ingredients together.

  • Pour into a smoothie glass.

  • Sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon powder and enjoy.
