Avocado Toast with Bacon
2 slices of sourdough
1 ripe avocado
4 rashers of bacon
1 nectarine, thinly sliced
Seasoning: pepper, chilli flakes (optional)
2 slices of sourdough

4 rashers of bacon

Toast the sourdough and place it on the plate.
Mash avocado and spread it on the bread.
Grill the bacon or fry in a pan without any oil.
Place bacon on paper towel to absorb any grease.
Place the bacon and nectarine on top of the bread.
Sprinkle with chilli flakes or pepper, or both if you like it spicy.
Replace bacon with crumbled feta cheese as an alternative.
