How do we register?

What is included in the package price?

All Full Packages include the following:

  • Registration
  • 5 nights accommodation (In 03 March – Out 08 March 2024)
  • Transfers – Milan Central Train Station, Milano Malpensa Airport or Bergamo Airport to Bormio on either Saturday 02 March or Sunday, 03 March 2024 and Bormio to Milan Central Train Station, Malpensa Airport or Bergamo Airport on either Friday, 08 March or Saturday 09 March 2024
  • Breakfasts, Lunch and Dinners (starting dinner 03 March and ending with lunch on 08 March)
  • Opening ceremony and closing ceremony celebration

Full Packages exclude the following:

  • Ski Pass
  • Equipment Rental
  • Beverages and extra’s
  • City Tax (approx. €2,00 – €2,50 per day)

Do I need a ski pass?

If you intend to participate in any Alpine events (Ski or Snowboard races), you will need to purchase a ski pass.

If you are a supporter who wants to ski/snowboard socially, you will need to purchase a ski pass.

If you only plan on participating in Nordic events (i.e. Curling, Biathlon, Snowshoe or Cross Country), and do not plan on skiing socially – you do not require a ski pass.

Do I need to be an experienced Skier / Snowboarder to participate in these Games?

No there are other Nordic events which are open and possible for those who do not have skiing or snowboarding experience. These include curling and snowshoeing.

Can I take skiing or snowboarding lessons whilst at the games?

Yes, lessons are available. Further information will be made available shortly.

Do I need to bring my own equipment?

You are welcome to bring your own equipment, or you can rent it on arrival in Bormio. Find out more here.

Will there be any events open to Donors to participate in?

For the first time we have opened up all events to Living Donors and Donor families, except for TEAM events other than curling. Competition is one open age category.

Do I need to complete medical forms?

All athletes, Nicholas Cup children as well as donors who are participating in official sporting events will be required to complete the online medical forms. A link to the forms will be provided on our website and on the registration system.

What currency are we working in?

All prices for packages, additional accommodation and ski passes are in Euro’s.

Is transport included?

Transfers to and from Bormio are included in the Registration Package as follows:

  • Ground transfers from Milan Central Train Station, Milan Malpensa Airport or Bergamo Airport to Bormio on either the 02 or 03 March 2024
  • Ground transfers from Bormio to Milan Central Train Station, Milan Malpensa Airport or Bergamo Airport on either the 08 or 09 March 2024

Who is considered as a Donor Family

Anyone who identifies as a donor family can enter in this category:

  • Immediate Family of Deceased Donors
  • Immediate Family of Living Donors
