Opening Ceremony

Date: Sunday, February 23, 2020
6:00pm: Athletes, living donors and donor families will assemble at Banff Park Museum to prepare for the parade.
6:30pm: The parade will proceed up Banff Ave.
7:00pm: The Opening Ceremony Reception will take place at the Rose and Crown (202 Banff Ave, Banff, AB T1L 1B5), where we will enjoy light appetizers and warm up with some mulled wine.

Gala Dinner

Please join us, along with our transplant friends from more all over the world as we celebrate life and health in true Western style!

Date: Thursday, February 27, 2020
Location: Wild Bill’s Legendary Saloon 201 Banff Avenue, Banff, AB, T1L 1C4
Schedule: Doors open at 6:30pm, Buffet Dinner at 7:00pm, along with speeches and other formalities, Brent Lee hits the stage at 8:30pm.
Dress Code: Since we are in Western Canada, it will be country/western style! Cowboy boots, plaid shirts, jeans… anything casual! No need to be fancy!

The Canadian Donation and Transplantation Research Program (CDTRP) is delighted to present Educational Eats!

The talk will be divided into two overall topics:
1) Transplant research-  the Importance and roles of the patient voice
2) Rehabilitation and exercise in solid organ transplant recovery
