The ambassadors will be chosen on or before 05th October 2016. They will be informed telephonically and in writing. If any of the chosen ambassadors refuses to accept the international trip, then it shall be awarded to the First Runner-Up. Likewise should the First Runner-Up refuse in writing to accept the international trip then it will be awarded to the Second Runner-Up.
7. COPYRIGHT AND PUBLICATION:
Essay entry constitutes an assignment to the WTGF of all copyrights arising under both statute and the common law and all other rights derivative there from. By submitting an essay, you grant further permission for the WTGF to publish all or part of the submitted essay and to use the entrant’s name and photograph and to publicize the appointed ambassadors and and their essays, all without royalty or other consideration.

This opportunity is subject to the provision of all applicable International, Federal, State, and Local Laws and regulations. This offer is void where prohibited.
9. DESCRIPTION OF INTERNATIONAL TRIP:
The selected ambassadors will receive an all expenses paid trip to Chicago, Illinois to be recognized during an international test rugby match between the World-champion New Zealand All Blacks and the Irish Rugby Football Union at Chicago’s iconic Soldier Field. This opportunity is for the selected individual only, and does not include travel for an accompanying person. The trip includes the following only: Return flights from your home country of residence to Chicago, Illinois (economy flights), 3 nights accommodation in 3 / 4 * hotel in Chicago, arrival and departure transfers, breakfast, lunch and dinner, a half day sightseeing tour, match tickets to the rugby match. Ambassadors will also be expected to attend a media briefing and an information evening with the WTGF and our foundation partners, Astellas. Ambassadors are responsible for ensuring they have a valid passport, and will be required to obtain and pay for any travel visa’s required. Arrival into Chicago will be Thursday 03 November 2016, and departure will be Sunday 06 November 2016.
10. DEADLINE:
Entries must be posted online on or before 25th September 2016. Any entry posted after the above deadline will not be accepted.
11. OPPORTUNITY TRANSFER:
The opportunity cannot be transferred to any other person.
