2023 Sports Rules
Dear Member of the WTGF Community,
You are invited to review and provide comments regarding the proposed Sports Rules for the 2023 World Transplant Games.
Among the changes proposed since the 2019 Games in Newcastle are:
- Age groups for living donor and donor athletes
- Increase in the number of events available to living donor and donor athletes (now 11)
- In team sports, countries are now able to enter more than one team, space permitting
- Juniors 15-17 are now able to participate in most team sports
- Golf–format for individual and team events has changed
- Sports added for the 2023 Games: lawn bowls and sprint triathlon
Please review both documents below and submit your proposed amendments by 15th May 2022
