This is a team challenge based on step averages. Therefore, the team with the highest step average moves to the top of the leader board. Be on the lookout for weekly updates, every Friday, with the week’s breakdown!
5,000 – 10,000 steps a day is a fantastic personal target however you do not have to walk that every day, rather aim to “up your daily average” and challenge yourself to become more active.
We have partnered with Stridekick, which integrates with most fitness trackers however manual entries will also be an option for those who do not have a fitness tracker. As well as tracking the overall target we will also create fun friendly competitions between teams and keep you motivated with the leader board comparing results from different countries. There will be regular communications and updates sent out every Friday via the app as well as through our social media channels so you won’t miss a step of the action.
