Welcome to the 12th World Transplant Winter Games 2024 in Bormio, Italy
The World Transplant Games Federation proudly brings the 12th World Transplant Winter Games to Bormio, Italy, from 3rd – 8th March 2024. This is the second time the Winter Games have been held in Bormio, the first being in 2004.
Hosted by ANED Sport, we invite you to join us in the heart of the Alps at this renowned winter sports destination as we celebrate the gift of life and honour our donors and donor families through the spirit of competition and camaraderie.
With competitions in many different disciplines, from skiing and snowboarding to cross-country skiing and curling, the World Transplant Winter Games provides challenges and excitement in equal quantities and will leave you with once-in-a-lifetime memories to share, take home and cherish.
Entry is open to all recipients of life-supporting allografts and hemopoetic cell transplants from other individuals or species which require or have required the use of immunosuppressive drug therapies. Living Donors & Donor Families are invited to attend and participate in all individual events and curling team event.
Registration Information:
- Early Bird Packages: 20 October – 20 November 2023
- Normal Packages: 21 November 2023 – 12 January 2024
