Team Managers are expected to join the Local Organization Committee (LOC) on Sunday 7 January at 14:00 at the Welcome Centre for the Games in Anzère.
All meals (breakfasts, lunches and evening meals) will be provided at partner restaurants in Anzère. With the exception of the gala dinner (Thursday 11 January, all breakfasts and evening meals are self-service. Teams will be assigned a restaurant for breakfasts and evening meals. Restaurant assignment will be made at the last minute and TMs will be advised on their arrival in Anzère.
Detailed information will be provided at a later time, but the Opening Ceremony and Team Parade will take place in Anzère from 17:00 on Sunday 7 January and will include a welcome drink of traditional mulled wine (“vin chaud”) and hot chocolate.
The LOC will contact TMs approximately 30 days before the Games to coordinate the distribution of equipment hire vouchers.
