WTGF has affiliations with other organisations with similar aims such as:

• TACKERS - Brings together children who have have had transplants from around the world, to participate in ski camps where they have the opportunity to meet other children who have shared the same experience.
• The European Heart and Lung Transplant Federation (EHLTF).
• Kidney Disease: Improving Global Outcomes (KDIGO) Our President Olivier Coustere is a full board member of this organisation.

The World Transplant Games Federation is proud to be accepted as an International Olympic Committee recognised organisation.
